Not completely done and I definitely need to come up with some more,
but I wanted to share what I have so far!
I don't like to do everything overboard holiday, sometimes it's just the color I like and the color is enough!
Here is the kitchen stuff
Love this little nobby bowl! Planning on making the Potato Candy to put in it!
Just picked up these adorable glasses at IKEA. They always have the cutes stuff!
I don't have a lot of other stuff
Some green candles, and mossy birds
Little leprechaun
Some subway art (which I need to find more of)
the burlap and scrapbook embellishment clover I made last year (wow that is a bad photo)
Just a tiny bit of rainbow
I think I need to pull out one of the white boas for the mantle too!
What do you all do? Making anything new this year?
And in case I couldn't find anything else to do (yeah right)
I scored this stack of 80's Better Homes and Gardens for $3, should give me some distraction for a while!
your place looks like a fun place to live!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your magazines!!
Brilliant decorations!! If only Paddy's Day would be purple I would have no problem finding stuff *grin*. But thanx for the inspiration, I love it!
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun, un-complicated home! I love the kitchen sink stuff :)
ReplyDeleteSuper great decorations! I LOVE the nobby bowl!
ReplyDeleteI'm intrigued...what is potato candy??

I love all of your decor! My husband is from Galway Ireland which makes Paddy's Day a biggie in our house! Would love if you'd share this on my linky party going on now...Destination: Inspiration at Teagan's Travels!

Great green goodness! Love the kitchen stuff. Have fun flipping through the 80's! found you at Weekend Wander
ReplyDeleteI love these ideas. I am a cheapskate but I love to decorate and you are totally inspiring me! I am gonna whip out the spray paint and make something green, so I don't have to spend money on off the shelf decorations! It doesn't have to be 'in your face' to be St. Patty's!
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting.
What an adorable blog & what cute St. Patty's decor. I heart those Ikea glasses! Thank you so much for sharing this on Fabulous Friday at Faith, Trust & Pixie Dust. Please do come back again next Friday.
ReplyDeleteWarmly, Michelle
You're so good, getting all your decorations up. I should post over on Fizzy Party what all I put up. We could have a St. Patrick's decorations blogathon :)
